Kendra Greenberg Photography is teaming up with Nectar of the Dogs Wine and Outta the Cage for this special project that celebrates the connection between women and their dogs.

We’re putting together a gallery exhibit featuring beautiful portraits of dog owners and their pups — all to raise money for Outta the Cage, an organization working to rescue and rehome shelter dogs.

If you’d love to be photographed with your dog and be part of something meaningful, we’d love to include you.

We’re aiming to raise $2,000 for Outta the Cage — enough to help rescue and rehabilitate 10 dogs from overcrowded shelters, provide medical care, and help them find loving forever homes.
Your participation saves lives and creates lasting memories.

KENDRA!

Kendra is the Owner of Kendra Greenberg Photography, specializing in photographing women, their families, and their pets.

Kendra's pet portraits highlight the deep bond between families and their furry companions. Inspired by her own dog Ace, who grew up alongside her children, she understands how pets truly become family.

Kendra is passionate about turning connections into artwork —one portrait at a time.

MEET

JILL!

Jill Dyché is the founder and Executive Director of Outta the Cage, a nonprofit dedicated to helping overlooked shelter dogs find loving homes.

A former tech executive and published author, Jill now uses her strategic skills and storytelling to rescue senior dogs and long-term shelter residents.

She runs the all-volunteer organization with a focus on impact, not overhead—every dollar goes directly to rescue efforts.

MEET

MELANIE!

Melanie Garibay co-founded Nectar of the Dogs Wine to combine her love of wine with her passion for dog rescue.

Since 2022, when they opened Simi Valley's first tasting room, she and her husband Todd, have partnered with winemaker Shaun Frohn to craft premium California wines that give back.

Every label features her some of her beloved rescue dogs. Melanie is proud to create wines that bring people together while supporting dogs in need.

Here’s what’s included:

• PERSONAL CONSULTATION
We’ll chat about how you’d like to be photographed with your dog — from styling and colors to any creative ideas you have — to make this a special experience for you both.

• CUSTOM KEEPSAKE KEYCHAIN
You’ll receive your choice of a beautifully crafted holiday ornament or custom keychain featuring your favorite portrait — a sweet way to keep your pup close, wherever you go.

• STUDIO ORDERING APPOINTMENT
After your session, we’ll meet in the studio to view your images. You’ll choose your favorite image for your custom holiday ornament OR key chain and have the option to purchase additional artwork to treasure for years to come.

• GALLERY EXHIBIT FEATURE
Your selected portrait will be included in our upcoming art show — a celebration of the people and pups who helped bring this project to life.

The bond between you and your pet is deeply personal and unlike any other. My goal is to give you a day that honors that connection while creating portraits that capture your pet’s spirit—images you’ll be proud to display, revisit, and share for years to come.

We’re inviting pet owners to take part in a Furbaby Story Video Interview—a short conversation about what your pet means to you.

These stories will be featured alongside the portrait series at the Nectar of the Dogs Pet Portrait Exhibit and may also be used in promotional materials on our website, blog, and social media.

It’s a chance to celebrate your pet while helping us share their story with a wider community.

We’d also love for you to promote the exhibit by sharing your video and inviting friends to join us at the event.

This is where it all begins. We’ll talk through the vision for your session—styling, colors, who will be in the portraits, and how you want it to feel. You’ll also get expert wardrobe guidance, including access to our curated collection designed just for proud dog moms. Together, we’ll also explore your home’s artwork needs so your final images are not just beautiful, but perfectly placed.

THE PHOTOSHOOT

Get ready for a playful, guided photoshoot that captures the bond between you and your pup. We’ll create timeless, elevated portraits without the pressure—just connection, fun, and a little bit of magic. You’ll feel confident and cared for the entire time, and we’ll handle every detail so you can just enjoy the moment.

THE REVEAL

After your session, we’ll set a date to view your images together. This is where you’ll see the magic come to life. You’ll select your favorite portraits and we’ll design custom artwork for your space—whether that’s a statement piece for your living room or a gallery wall that celebrates your one-of-a-kind bond.
